Delete your Study App account

This page explains how to delete your Study App account and what deletion does. Study App is published by Arkyn Labs.

What deletion does

Deleting your account erases the account itself and everything linked to it: your practice attempts, the answers you chose, the questions you flagged, your timings, your scores and results, your language choice, your 18+ confirmation and your notice acceptance. It is not a reset: the account record is gone.

Your account is anonymous, so if you use Study App again afterwards, you start as a brand new user with no history.

What we keep

Nothing linked to your account. The database's short technical request logs, which hold no practice data, expire on their own schedule. If India's data protection rules require a longer record from 13 May 2027, the privacy policy will say what is kept and for how long before that date.

Fastest way: in the app

Open Study App, go to Settings, then Delete account. This deletes your account immediately and does not require contacting anyone.

Lost the app or the device

If you can no longer open the app, email developer@arkynlabs.com and ask us to delete your account. Include the account id shown on the app's Settings screen if you have it recorded anywhere. It is the only way we can find your account, because Study App never collects your name, email address or phone number.

We aim to complete email deletion requests within 7 days, and we reply to confirm when it is done.
