Research you can check.

Arkyn's R&D unit takes on the questions a company should settle before it commits money or engineering time. Every finding traces to a source you can open, and every study ends in a verdict, including “don't do it”.

What we research.

Markets, competitors and strategy

Who is in the market, how they price and position, and the strategy that follows.

Audits and validation

Design and codebase audits, prototype validation, and whether the business idea holds up.

Regulation, policy and tenders

What a regulation, platform policy or tender actually requires, read from the primary documents.

Technical feasibility

Whether it can be built with your tools, licences and latency budget, and which path to take.

How a study runs.

The same six steps, whatever the question. AI agents give each study its breadth; an independent verifier checks every claim before it reaches you.

  1. 01

    Scope

Check that the question asked is the one that matters, and pin down what the answer has to settle.

  2. 02

    Sweep

Parallel research agents each take one line of inquiry and work from primary sources: regulations, papers, filings, competitors' own products.

  3. 03

    Test

Where reading is not enough, we test. Teardowns, the smallest working prototype on a real device, surveys when the question needs people.

  4. 04

    Model

Lines of inquiry brought together. Competitors side by side, data analysed in a pinned environment so it can be re-run.

  5. 05

    Attack

An independent verifier re-fetches every source and tries to break each claim. What breaks gets corrected and logged.

  6. 06

    Verdict

Every study ends in a decision: the verdict, scored options, the path, and the calls only you can make.

What you get.

Evidence report

Every claim cited. Anything unconfirmed is tagged where it appears, and empty searches are listed as findings.

Decision memo

The facts from primary documents, a verdict, scored options and the open unknowns. The verdict can be “don't do it”.

Feasibility study

The approaches mapped with their licences and latency, and the recommended path run on real hardware first.

Pre-registered study design

Hypotheses, sampling, stopping and exclusion rules, fixed before any data is collected.

Survey instrument and field kit

Questions with conditional logic, fraud screening, and ready-to-post recruitment messages.

Research write-up

Chapters with methods and limitations, with data, code and instrument released where the study allows.

Rules we keep.

Told versus verified.
Anything unconfirmed is tagged where it appears.
Negative results count.
A search that found nothing is recorded as a finding.
Rules before data.
Hypotheses, stopping rules and kill criteria are fixed in advance.
Evidence or it didn't happen.
Nothing is marked verified unless it traces to a real source or run.
Red-team our own drafts.
Drafts are attacked in-house before anyone else reads them.
Cost stated up front.
Every step carries its cost before it is spent.

Bring the question you need settled.

We'll tell you whether it fits and, if it does, how we would scope it.

This is the same page as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity read it. We build sites to work for both readers. That is what our AI visibility work does for clients.

## Services

- **Build**: web and mobile apps, internal tools, dashboards,
  AI agents, RAG systems.
- **Research**: markets and competitors, audits and validation,
  regulation and tenders, technical feasibility.
- **AI visibility**: answer-engine audits, entity and citation
strategy, content built to be quoted, tracking across ChatGPT,
  Claude, Gemini and Perplexity.

  marketing, product.

## Research method

1. Scope: confirm the question is the one that matters.
2. Sweep: parallel agents work from primary sources.
3. Test: teardowns, prototypes on real devices, surveys.
4. Model: side-by-side comparison, re-runnable analysis.
5. Attack: an independent verifier tries to break each claim.
6. Verdict: a decision, scored options, the recommended path.
